This is part of a complex project called Twin Doves Golf Club & Resort with a total investment of 250 million USD.

The project is built on an area of 165 hectares, including a 27-hole golf course according to international standards, entertainment club, 5-star hotel, conference center, 192 villas, 1,443 luxury apartments and an international school system.
