When an accident occurs, proper first aid must be performed to minimize the harmful effects of the accident. If serious, take immediately to recognized medical facilities such as public hospitals, private hospitals, or clinics. Do not be examined at private clinics unless it is too far from medical facilities.

After the accident victim has completed treatment, the following documents must be requested from the medical facility and sent to the office along with the construction site Accident Minutes:

      +  Hospital fee receipts of all kinds.

      +  Prescription.

      +  Medicine bills.

All of the above documents must be stamped by the hospital, medical examination place, and medicine sales place. Documents without stamps are not accepted.

       - When sending documents to the office, a photocopy of the accident victim must be included.

       -  The Office Administration Department will carry out the procedures to send to the insurance company.

       -  Within 10 days of receiving valid documents and invoices, the insurance company will resolve the matter and the company will return the money to the accident victim.
