Contract QN-1.9: Sewer system of level 3, pump station and pressure sewer system The contract was signed on February 24, 2023 with a period of 12 months. Right after contract signing Ngu Thuong Corp. immedietly start the work with target to complete site works within 10 months.

This route is planned for connecting Northern and Southern Phu Quoc island. It support to Phu Quoc for development and also for security and defense.

One of the features of the project is a design change, so much so that a Japanese director once said "the dry season stops waiting for the design, until the rainy season gets the drawings". Perhaps this project failed right from the design stage (or before) leading to countless consequences later.
