When an accident occurs, first aid must be taken properly to minimize the harm of the accident. If it is serious, immediately take it to recognized medical facilities such as public hospitals, private hospitals, and clinics. Do not examine at private clinics except when it is too far away from medical facilities.
After the casualty has completed treatment and must request the following documents from the medical facility and return it to the office along with the Site Accident Record:
+ Receipt of hospital fees of all kinds.
+ Prescription medicine.
+ Drug invoice.
All of the above documents must be stamped by the hospital, the place of medical examination and the place of sale of the drug. Documents without a seal are not accepted.
- When sending documents to the office, there must be a photo ID sheet of the person injured.
- The Administrative Department of the office will send procedures to the insurance company.
- Within 10 days after receiving valid documents and invoices, the insurer will handle it and the company will send money back to the accident victim.
