Remember Ninh Thuan forever

It has been a long time since I went on sightseeing in remote places. I remember the last time I went to visit Madagui with the youth team. On the occasion of the last September 2, the company organized a tour for everyone in Ninh Thuan, it was unexpected that this place was the home of many employees in my company: Anh Trung (working in Ha Tinh) , Bich Phuong (company accountant), Anh Thang (supervisor at Diamond Island project), Mr. Dang Khanh (CHT of New Pearl project). At first, people registered a lot, and at the last minute, some members of Nha Trang project could not go. I thought this outing was no longer as fun as expected, but unexpectedly, in just 2 days 3 nights it also left in each member's heart an indelible joy, a little nostalgia, a little harvest after the trip.
Before leaving, everyone was excited, the Organizing Committee prepared everything such as food, drinks, games, prizes ... Not only that, Mr. Trung was even more impatient, sent email to ask everyone:
- When will everyone get in the car to Ninh Thuan?
- Everyone, hurry up and go. Everyone remember to bring bags to hold apples, sew bags to carry popcorn bags.
- Free to pick apples, so much ..... depending on the capacity and stomach of each person.

Coming to Ninh Thuan, everyone can enjoy the first breakfast: "Fish cake soup" delicious but cheap price.
Everywhere is beautiful, Du Am cafe has a beautiful and poetic scene, the two of you love taking pictures and forgetting to go to the car.
After finishing breakfast and coffee, everyone went to Trung's house to visit the apple orchard.
Every house has an apple orchard here, and every fruit looks at its maturity. When I came to the garden, I couldn't believe my eyes, seeing the whole garden was green, the leaves were few but the fruits were many, the branches were heavy. As Mr. Trung said, "bring a gang to carry and carry it".

On the next journey, everyone boarded the car to visit Ba Moi vineyard. The scorching sun did not seem to make people hesitate.

After enjoying, we got on the bus to return to Phuong's house for lunch and rest to prepare for the afternoon trip.

About 3 o'clock the group boarded the car towards Thap Cham. The scene here is extremely beautiful, just arriving at the Tower will make you feel comfortable and comfortable with a calm space, fresh air, large campus, green leaves blending with gentle sunlight. The scenery here is even more brilliant. To reach Thap Cham, you have to go through the steps through the forest, you will feel like you are up to the top of a high mountain.

After visiting the Tower, we went back to the hotel and prepared to swim in the afternoon. Arriving at the hotel at 5:00 pm, the sky was dark, but the sea here is still cool and attracts many people to bathe, and our girls just like to play with water, play with waves, take pictures of the sea at night.

At night, the whole group went to enjoy pancakes, one of the specialties of Ninh Thuan. The pancakes here are very fragrant. Sitting at the table, I can still hear the faint scent of the cake. Perhaps the aroma of the cake has enticed diners to come here to enjoy. The color of the cake is eye-catching, the fatness of the cake is just enough, the filling is much, the freshness of the seafood in the cake remains the same flavor. Eat a plate of cake impervious to where.
The pancakes here eat very differently in my Saigon, first tear the cake and vegetables into a bowl of sauce, mix well and enjoy. The sauce here also has 3 types, depending on the choice of what diners want to eat. Maybe because of that difference, almost every customer who comes to Ninh Thuan to visit, comes to enjoy the pancakes here.
Finished pancakes, we went back to the hotel, went to the beach for a late-night dinner "Ninh Thuan Seafood" and played a game to win the prize.

Those are grilled dried squid, fried snails with coconut, steamed crabs with tamarinds, pork rolls ... wow really was. Now that I remember it, I still like it. Eating while playing games, laughing, hurt my stomach.
- In the first game "Moving the bubble": 5 teams (1 male-1 female / team), every team tried to move the bubble up and down the body without using hands, moving the bubble to the forehead. , down the neck, down stomach, back to the back ...., the team that explodes the bubble first -> loses. The audience below shouted and cheered the pairs to play enthusiastically. The movement of each pair is so skillful, the ultimate goal is still the prize.
- In the second game "Sucking yogurt": 6 teams (1 male-1 female / team), this time, the women put yogurt for men and both of them were blindfolded and not allowed to talk. the man was even tied up with both hands to avoid "pointing". After the game ended, we looked back at each team of face and nose, which was the yogurt that was put on the forehead, under the neck, the nose ... Once again, the audience laughed with a delightful match.
After playing, Trung said his thoughts: "No longer feeling what is eating yogurt".

- To the third game "Grape Eating": 4 teams (1 male-1 female / team), the male will carry the female (blindfolded) and run to the bunch of grapes hanging on a rope prepared by the judges. The two worked together so that a woman would bite the hanging grape and release it into the man's hand. The man will hold until the game is over and count the number of grapes in his hand, the team with the most grapes wins.

The end of each game leaves the participants as well as the audience cheering for an indescribable joy, difficult to have such relaxing moments.
The first day of sightseeing in Ninh Thuan was really fun. All day, you will visit everywhere, eat and drink, everyone will return to the hotel to rest for tomorrow to continue their journey. As I closed my eyes to sleep, I remembered the scene of the game at night was fun, with my eyes closed but my mouth still smiling because it was so fun, the funniest games were the first and second games. I think everyone is like me.
It was only 5:00 am on September 1 that everyone woke up, went to the sea to enjoy the breeze, and mentally prepared for day 2's itinerary. The first itinerary of September 1 we went to nàh Phương to have breakfast with food. beef warehouse bread. After eating, we went to Vinh Hy.

I really couldn't believe my eyes, the second time I was amazed at the beauty of nature. Standing down from the train, looking down at the coral reef, it seemed like I was very close to it, waving your hand was able to touch it. repare food ... I just like walking barefoot on the sand, looking at the beautiful scenery here. Here everything is available, fish of all kinds, all colors, corals, snails of all colors, in addition to some funny creatures.
Finally, he said goodbye to Vinh Hy and returned to the hotel, preparing for the last journey. Another strange dish for me "Cake ask for pork, fish ball", heard the name is not strange, but when seeing the dish, the way to eat is different.
After this trip, I also learned a dish of questionnaires: put cake, pork belly, fish balls, herbs in sesame rice paper, rolled up, so there was a delicious cake roll dipped in thick sauce. It is up to customers to choose. Delicious!
Turning back and forth, there was no question mark on the table, we were all "clean cups". In addition, we also visited Mr. Thang's house (working in Diamond Island) and went to karaoke.
Goodbye Vinh Hy, goodbye Thap Cham, goodbye everything in Ninh Thuan, we will return to Saigon to continue working. Leaving behind is the beauty scene, the delicious and strange food, solidarity games. In addition, after the trip I also learned more historical sites, never know how to go like this again. Hopefully every year the company organizes a useful tour like this.
