STROKE
Stroke comes on suddenly and leaves serious consequences, even death. We still assume that stroke only happens in older people. However, recently, strokes are getting rejuvenated and on the increasing trend. So what is stroke? How to first aid someone with a stroke? How to prevent stroke like?

1. What is stroke?
A stroke occurs when blood supply to part of the brain is suddenly blocked or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts, blood spills into the spaces surrounding brain cells.
2. How do we know if a relative, friend or colleague has had a stroke?
Remember 4 words: F.A.S.T
"Neurons will slowly die after the onset of the stroke. About 2 million brain cells die every minute. So patients need to be treated as soon as possible."
3. How to deal with someone who has had a stroke?
Place the sick person on his side in a cool place, loosen his clothes, remove the phlegm for easy breathing.
Absolutely do not give the patient any medicine.
Call an ambulance to bring the patient to hospital immediately.
4. How to prevent stroke?
- Need to reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease:
Detect high blood pressure early and treat high blood pressure well, especially in people over 40 years old, with a family history of high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.
Treatment of arrhythmias.
Reduce blood cholesterol, eat less fat, reduce salt, eat more green vegetables and fruits.
Diabetes detection and treatment.
Don't smoke, limit alcohol.
Do not use drugs or drugs.
Get active and exercise regularly.

Avoid taking a late bath or in a windy place, especially with people with high blood pressure.
Avoid a state of nervous tension, strong emotions. Avoid insomnia
Avoid constipation, especially in the elderly.
