1.Take a long lunch break
This is one of the things that bothers colleagues and bosses. You are a person who has a habit of smoking and needs a break between hours to satisfy that habit. You think that's okay, but what about the others? They get into trouble when you take too long.
Another thing that easily angers the boss and colleagues is too long lunch. People sometimes use their lunch time to sort out their own tasks, but if you're not done with it, let it go after work. Never extend a break or everyone will have a bad impression of you.
2. Going to work late
If you arrive late for the day on the notice before, everyone can understand. But people won't accept it if you work late every day and leave early. This is not fair to those who arrive and leave on time. Don't abuse working hours if you don't have a good reason.
3. Loud
There are people around you trying to work. They do not like to be disturbed by loud voices and inappropriate discussions. Talking out loud is not only annoying, but also shows you don't respect them. Therefore, limit unnecessary noise to respect others and their work.
4. Untidy
Surely you will not be satisfied when other people litter the office. Your colleagues too, they will not appreciate even if you do well but you are untidy, sloppy people. Therefore, you need to keep your office in order, clean and also other rooms such as canteen, meeting room.
5. Bring personal work to company
Everyone has a family with responsibilities, but when you go to work, you need to leave them at home. Colleagues and boss will not be satisfied when you regularly make personal phone calls at work, it proves that you are not focused on work. However, there are also emergencies where friends or family need to be in touch urgently while you are during business hours. But please limit this to a minimum.
6. Not paying attention your word
You've probably heard the phrase "Think before you speak". If you are not careful, your words can affect other people or even the company. You are responsible for your words. So always think twice before you speak.
7. Express too strong feelings
Young employees often find it difficult to control their emotions, especially when their self-esteem is touched. They can cause actions with serious consequences. Therefore, stay calm and control your emotions so that you can act properly in all cases.
