A fine of from 600,000-800,000 VND will be imposed in the following cases: Using your hands to use mobile phones while driving vehicles on the road; Failure to use or use insufficient lights from 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. of the following day; Parking the vehicle not close to the curb, the right sidewalk along the going direction or the nearest wheel, which is more than 0.25 m from the curb or sidewalk; parking car on manhole, tunnel opening of telephone line, high voltage;
In the case of driving the car in excess of the prescribed speed, according to the Decree, the fine will also increase, specifically: a fine of from 600,000 to 800,000 for speeding from 05 km / h to less than 10 km / h; a fine of between 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 for speeding from 10 to 20 km / h;
